传统商业文化融入商科人才培养研究——以湖南洪商为例

摘　　要：传统商业文化是中华传统文化的一颗璀璨明珠,对商科类学生根植乡土情怀、规范职业操守、培养创业意识具有重要影响作用。洪商文化是长江支流沅水流域孕育的地方性商业文化的典型代表,将洪商文化融入地方本科院校的商科人才培养是坚定文化自信的重要体现,具有丰富的情感内涵和时代意蕴。论文分析了洪商文化的五大精神内涵:艰苦奋斗的创客精神、吃亏是福的经营理念、开放包容的营商环境、鱼龙变化的归零心态和匹夫有责的家国情怀。并探讨其三大当代价值:为怀化国际陆港建设提供了规律性启迪、为广大创业者谋事创新提供了优良传统、为企业家承担社会责任提供了实践榜样。在此基础上提出洪商文化融入商科人才培养的五条路径:教学区域营造商业场景氛围、解字释联讲好洪商故事、读书报告会品一代洪商、趣味采风古商城寻祖、模拟商业对抗竞赛悟桐油花开。研究案例为地方本科院校商科类人才培养提供参考和借鉴。Traditional business culture is a shining pearl of traditional Chinese culture,which has an important impact on business students to take root in local feelings,standardize professional ethics,and cultivate entrepreneurial awareness.Hongshang culture is a typical representative of the local business culture bred in the Yuan-river Basin,a tributary of the Yangtze River,and its business spirit and cultural connotation are uniquely identified,with unique regional characteristics of Xiangxi.This paper analyzes the five spiritual connotations of Hongshang culture:the maker spirit of hard work,the business philosophy that suffering losses is a blessing,the open and inclusive business environment,the zero-return mentality of fish and dragon changes,and the sense of family and country that is responsible.This paper discusses its three contemporary values:it provides regular enlightenment for the construction of international dry ports,provides a fine tradition for entrepreneurs to seek work and innovation,and provides a practical example for entrepreneurs to assume social responsibility.On this basis,five paths are proposed to integrate Hongshang culture into the cultivation of business talents:creating a business scene atmosphere in the teaching area,interpreting the characters and interpreting the couplet to tell the story of Hongshang,reading the book report and tasting a generation of Hongshang,looking for ancestors in the ancient mall with interesting style,and simulating the business confrontation competition to realize the blooming of tung oil.The case study provides reference for the cultivation of business talents in local undergraduate colleges.
