摘 要:如何优化产教深度融合,使高等院校培养更多现代化应用型硕士研究生人才,是现代教育体系关注的重点内容。高校与企业的合作已成为培养应用型人才的重要途径之一,无论从国家发展层面还是社会对人才需求层面,学生必须具备相应岗位的职业能力,否则较难适应信息产业的发展。基于此,提出了基于校企合作和学科竞赛为基础的农信工程研究生培养模式,可为高校培养实践能力强且具有创新能力的工程应用人才提供参考。In order to cultivate more applied master's students,one of the main problems that higher education institutions need to solve is the deep integration of industry and education.The cooperation between universities and enterprises has become the only way to cultivate applied talents.Whether from the perspective of national development or the demand for talent in society,students must have the corresponding professional abilities for their positions,otherwise it is difficult to adapt to the development of the infor-mation industry.Therefore,this paper proposed a graduate training model for agricultural information engineering based on school enterprise cooperation and subject competitions.This model mainly analyzed professional courses,teaching classrooms,scientific re-search,and competitions,providing a certain reference value for universities to cultivate engineering talents with strong practical and innovative abilities.
