高校财务智能报销系统建设探究——以G高校为例

摘　　要：随着国家政策推动、各项科学技术高速发展,传统财务报销模式已经无法满足信息化带来的量大且繁杂的信息处理要求,建设高校财务智能报销系统势在必行。以G高校为例,从建立初始数据库、网络信息安全、人才配置及适应性等方面分析建设财务智能报销系统所面临的难题,从问题出发寻找答案,从初始数据库的建设方案、流程再造、工作细则、系统衔接、人才培养及安全性建设等方面探索财务智能报销系统的建设思路。With the promotion of national policies and the rapid development of various science and technology,the traditional financial reimbursement model has been unable to meet the large and complex information processing requirements brought about by infor⁃matization.It is imperative to build a college financial intelligent reimbursement system.Taking G university as an example,this paper ana⁃lyzes the difficulties faced in the construction of financial intelligent reimbursement system from the aspects of establishing initial database,network information security,talent allocation and adaptability.Start from the problem to find the answer,from the initial database construc⁃tion scheme,process reengineering,working rules,system connection,personnel training and security construction to explore the construction of financial intelligent reimbursement system ideas.
