摘  要:宁波市在整合优质教育资源、提供广泛的学科选择和交叉学习机会方面取得了初步进展,形成了多元化、体系化和融合化的发展路径。然而,选拔机制单一、课程设置传统以及国际视野的拓展不足,仍是拔尖创新人才培养面临的主要挑战。通过优化教育体系、提升教师专业水平、增强实践教学环节以及加强国际交流与合作,有望进一步提升拔尖创新人才的培养质量,建立科学选拔与因材施教相结合的大中小贯通式培养机制,努力打破地域和经济条件的限制,为其他地区提供宝贵的经验和借鉴。The purpose of this study is to explore the effective model of cultivating top innovative talents in Ningbo.Ningbo has made initial progress in integrating high-quality educational resources,providing a wide range of subject choices and cross-learning opportunities,and has formed a diversified,systematic and integrated development path.However,the single selection mechanism,the traditional curriculum and the lack of international vision are still the main challenges faced by Ningbo in the process of cultivating top-notch innovative talents.By optimizing the education system,improving the professional level of teachers,enhancing practical teaching links,and strengthening international exchanges and cooperation,Ningbo is expected to further improve the training quality of top innovative talents,establish a large,medium and small coherent training mechanism that combines scientific selection and teaching according to aptitude,and strive to break the restrictions of regional and economic conditions,and provide valuable experience and reference for other regions.
