摘  要:工匠精神作为通过长期职业实践逐步内化的核心职业素养,代表了职业实践的精髓与高度凝练。工匠精神的培育不仅是职业教育的重要目标,而且也是衡量职业教育质量的关键标准。在媒体融合的时代背景下,工匠精神的内涵得到进一步拓展,涵盖敬业奉献、精益求精、追求卓越和勇于创新等多个维度。高职传媒类专业工匠精神的培育,可通过创新教学方法、优化校企协同育人机制、强化教师队伍建设等路径,形成协同化、全方位的工匠型传媒人才培养模式,为高职教育的改革与发展提供有力支撑。The spirit of craftsmanship is a professional quality gradually formed during long-term professional practice.It is the essence and quintessence of professional practice,and it is a spiritual guide that guides people to excel in their work.Therefore,the cultivation of the spirit of craftsmanship has become a new direction for vocational education,and it is also a yardstick to measure the success of vocational education.Combined with the background of media convergence,it clarifies its modern connotations in multiple dimensions such as dedication to one’s job,willingness to contribute,striving for perfection,pursuing excellence,and being brave in innovation,and diligent in exploration.By studying the necessity of cultivating the“spirit of craftsmanship”in students majoring in higher vocational media and communication majors,a“joint force”co-construction plan is proposed.Efforts are made in three aspects:“reforming teaching methods”“school-enterprise collaborative education”,and“optimizing the teacher team”,to explore a path for cultivating“craftsman-type”media talents in higher vocational colleges.
