摘  要:以甘蔗原汁为原料,通过微/超滤、活性炭吸附及离子交换树脂吸附依次处理甘蔗原汁,以蔗汁色值、混浊度及电导灰分为考察指标,通过单因素试验、正交试验优化处理工艺。结果表明:最佳过滤孔径为0.05μm;活性炭吸附最佳工艺条件为活性炭添加量0.5%(以微/超滤处理后的蔗汁质量为基准)、吸附温度90℃、吸附时间20 min、pH 5.0。离子交换树脂吸附最佳工艺条件为糖液与树脂质量比1∶1、吸附温度70℃、吸附时间60 min、pH 5.0,在此工艺条件下,所得蔗汁色值为(26±6)IU,混浊度为(16±6)MAU,电导灰分为3.29%±0.034%,蔗汁品质佳。Using sugarcane juice as raw material,sugarcane juice was treated sequentially through mi-cro/ultra-filtration,activated carbon adsorption,and ion exchange resin adsorption.The color value,tur-bidity,and conductive ash of sugarcane juice were used as evaluation indicators,and the treatment process was optimized through single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments.The results showed that the optimal filtration pore size was 0.05μm.The optimal process conditions of activated carbon ad-sorption were 0.5%activated carbon addition(based on the mass of sugarcane juice after micro/ultra-filtration treatment),adsorption temperature 90℃C,adsorptiontime20min,andpH 5.0.Theoptimal process conditions for ion exchange resin adsorption were mass ratio of sugar solution to resin 1:1,ad-sorption temperature 70℃,adsorptiontime60min,andpH 5.0.Undertheprocessconditions,theob-tained sugarcane juice had color value of(26±6)IU,turbidity of(16±6)MAU,conductive ash of 3.29%±0.034%,and good sugarcane juice quality.
