摘　　要：产教融合是现代职业教育的本质要求。市域产教联合体中的“市域”框定了产教融合的空间范畴、明确了责任主体;产教联合体不但厘清了“产”“教”互促的主体关系,还夯实了产教融合的组织基础,打通了产教长期合作的链条。市域产教联合体是一个异质耦合的共生场域,应该在宏观、中观和微观等层面实现产教融合,宏观层面是产业系统与教育系统的融合,中观层面是产业集群与专业集群的融合,微观层面是多重要素的融合。政府是市域产教联合体建设中的主导者。市域产教联合体建设需要构建以市级政府为权力核心的统筹协调机制,发挥顶层规划与重点任务的牵引作用;深化以市场需求为导向的办学体制机制改革,提升职业院校主动融入产业生态的能力;打造具有核心竞争力的主营业务,提升企业在产教融合中的引领价值。The integration of industry and education is the essential requirement of modern vocational education.The"city⁃region"in the"city⁃region industry⁃education consortium"frames the spatial category of industry⁃education integration and defines the main body of responsibility;the"industry⁃education consortium"not only clarifies the main body relationship between"industry"and"education",but also consolidates the organizational foundation of"industry⁃education integration"and opens up the chain of long⁃term cooperation between industry and education."Municipal Industry⁃Education Consortium"is a symbiotic field of heterogeneous coupling,which should realize the integration of industry and education at the macro,meso and micro levels,and the macro level is the industrial system and education department.The middle level is the integration of industrial clusters and professional clusters,and the micro level is the integration of multiple elements.The government is the leader in the"municipal industry⁃education consortium".The construction of the"City level Industry Education Alliance"requires the establishment of a coordinated mechanism with the municipal government as the core of power,and the leveraging of top⁃level planning and key tasks;Deepen the reform of the education system and mechanism guided by market demand,and enhance the ability of vocational colleges to actively integrate into the industrial ecosystem;Build a core competitive main business and enhance the leading value of the enterprise in the integration of industry and education.
