摘 要:我国残疾大学生高质量充分就业工作已取得了一些成绩,但同时也面临残疾大学生就业率与就业质量相对较低、求职时间长、工资待遇相对较低等困境。究其成因,有残疾大学生自身因素,也有就业岗位供需失衡,相关制度法规不完善,就业歧视严重,高校对残疾大学生的培养方案、就业指导与服务还有待改进等外在因素。应通过全面提升残疾大学生高质量充分就业的综合素质与自我实现能力、建立健全与督促落实相关法规制度、统筹规划与全面拓展残疾大学生高质量充分就业的渠道与岗位、全面提升残疾大学生高质量充分就业的服务能力与质量等路径加以应对。The high-quality and full employment work of college and university graduates with disabilities has made achievements in China.At the same time,it is faced with many difficulties,such as the relatively low employment rate and employment quality,and the long time to seek employment;relatively low salary and benefits.To find out the causes,there are self factors of college and university students with disabilities,imbalance between supply and demand of employment positions,imperfect related systems and regulations,serious employment discrimination,inadequate training programs,employment guidance and services for these students.For the high-quality and full employment of the college and university students with disabilities,it should improve the comprehensive quality and self-actualization ability,establish and perfect the relevant laws and regulations,plan and open up the channels and posts in an all-round way,and improve the service ability and quality.
