摘 要:目的构建辅助生殖科护士岗位胜任力评价指标体系。方法以岗位胜任力“冰山模型”为理论依据,通过文献回顾和半结构式访谈初步构建辅助生殖科护士岗位胜任力评价指标体系;通过德尔菲法对13个省市20名专家开展2轮函询,并结合层次分析法计算各级指标权重。结果2轮专家咨询的问卷回收率均为100%(20/20),专家权威系数分别为0.898、0.900,总指标的肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.318、0.346(均P<0.01)。构建的辅助生殖科护士岗位胜任力评价指标体系包括一级指标4项、二级指标15项、三级指标56项。结论本研究构建的辅助生殖科护士岗位胜任力评价指标体系科学、可靠、内容合理,可为辅助生殖科护士岗位培训、考核提供依据。Objective To construct a post competency evaluation index system for nurses in assisted reproduction department.Methods The competency iceberg model was employed as the theoretical framework.Through literature review and semi-structured interview,the first draft of the competency evaluation index system of nurses in assisted reproduction department was constructed.After that,Delphi method was applied with 20 experts from 13 provinces and cities across the country for two rounds of consultation.The weights of indicators at all levels were calculated with the analytic hierarchy process.Results The effective recovery rates of two rounds of correspondence were 100%(20/20).The expert authority coefficients were 0.898 and 0.900,respectively.The Kendall harmony coefficients of total indicators were 0.318 and 0.346 respectively(P<0.01).The final evaluation index system consisted of four first-level indicators,15 second-level indicators and 56 third-level indicators.Conclusion The competency evaluation index system for nurses in assisted reproduction department holds good reliability and applicability,which can provide reference for the training and assessment of nurses in assisted reproduction department.
