摘 要:为了研究TBM隧道下穿既有高铁隧道过程中,高速铁路列车的动力荷载与新建隧道施工共同作用对既有隧道变形的影响,以瓯江引水TBM隧道下穿既有圆岩寨高铁隧道工程为背景,采用ABAQUS有限元软件建立三维数值模型,分析有无列车荷载作用情况下,新建隧道施工对既有高铁隧道变形分布规律的影响,并与现场监测数据进行对比。结果表明,既有隧道底部最终沉降沿隧道轴线方向呈“凹槽”形,因隧道延伸方向埋深不同,沉降分布凹槽对隧道中心截面明显不对称,向隧道埋深更大的进口段一侧偏移;列车荷载作用下,既有隧道沉降明显增大,较无列车荷载情况下增大约64%,但随着列车荷载作用次数的增加,对既有隧道沉降的影响逐渐减小;列车荷载与新建隧道开挖共同作用下,随着TBM接近既有隧道中轴线,既有隧道先发生沉降,当TBM驶过穿越中心后,既有隧道发生回弹现象,后随着TBM掘进再逐渐沉降至稳定值。In the process of tunnel boring machine tunneling through the existing high-speed rail tunnel,the complex influence of the dynamic load of the high-speed rail train and the construction of the new tunnel on the deformation law of the existing tunnel was studied.Taking the Oujiang Diversion TBM Tunnel passing under the existing Yuanyanzhai High-speed Railway Tunnel project as the background,the ABAQUS finite element software was used to establish a three-dimensional numerical simulation model.The influence of the construction of the new tunnel on the deformation distribution law of the existing high-speed railway tunnel under the action of train load was compared and analyzed,and the analysis and comparison were carried out in combination with the field monitoring data.The results show that the final settlement of the bottom of the existing tunnel is'groove-shaped’along the axis of the tunnel.Due to the different buried depths of the tunnel extension direction,the settlement distribution groove is obviously asymmetric to the central section of the tunnel and offsets to the entrance section of the tunnel with greater buried depth.Under the action of train load,the settlement of the existing tunnel increases obviously,and is improved by 64%approximately compared with that of without train loads.With the increase of the number of train loads,the influence on the settlement of the existing tunnel decreases gradually.Under the combined action of train load and new tunnel excavation,as the TBM approaches the central axis of the existing tunnel,the existing tunnel settles first.When the TBM passes through the crossing center,the existing tunnel rebounds,and then gradually settles to a stable value with the TBM tunneling.
