摘 要:“想象性抗拒”是当代英美美学的理论新创。它指涉一个极富现实意味的“跨界”问题,即文学艺术等虚构性语境下,审美想象缘何因伦理道德方面的阻力而被迫中断。晚近三十余年的论证首先明确了“想象性抗拒”的两重触发条件和些许话语变异,并向前追踪其理论谱系。进而,理论家们基于大量审美经验,着力探赜“想象性抗拒”的深层发生机制并形成两项基本结论,其一是认知局限,其二是情感排斥。这两项结论后续遭到“语境说”的频繁冲击,“想象性抗拒”阐释理路的多元化倾向也随之明晰。但鉴于“语境说”的内在抵牾,以及“想象性抗拒”自身的充沛价值,相关释疑工作仍应持续挺进。As a new term in Contemporary Anglo-American Aesthetics,“Imaginative Resistance”refers to a puzzle filled with huge practical significance that there are moral blocks in aesthetic imagination engaged in fictional context.The related studies,during the last 30years,put some arguments on the conditions and variations of imaginative resistance,as well as its theoretical tradition in 18th English aesthetics.What’s more,the most hated question theorists debated was the mechanism of imaginative resistance,which derives“cantian”and“wontian”as two main arguments.Although the criticism do exist on their ignorance of“context”which also lead to imaginative resistance while could not be simplified to“cantian”or“wontian”,and that serves as multiple inclination of the explanation of the source of moral blocks,the following studies on imaginative resistance still deserves focus in academy due to its value in history of aesthetics,and the divergence between context and theory as well.
