摘 要:运用对干制品影响较小的振动远红外干燥方法对蒲公英进行干燥试验研究,采用三因素三水平正交试验设计方法,探讨干燥温度、振动频率、物料厚度对蒲公英干后复水比的影响规律。利用双因素分析法探究三因素与复水比之间的关系,确定三因素在二次非线形模型中的主次顺序。结果表明,热风温度对蒲公英干后复水比影响最大,振动频率次之,物料厚度的影响最小;确定最佳的干燥工艺参数组合为加热温度70℃,振动频率40 Hz,材料厚度10 mm。In this paper,the effect of vibration far-infrared drying method on dry products of dandelion was studied.The effect of drying temperature,vibration frequency and material thickness on the ratio of water rehydration after drying of dandelion was studied by using the orthogonal experiment design method of 3 factors and 3 levels.The relationship between the three factors and the rehydration ratio was investigated by using the two-factor analysis method,and the primary and secondary order of the three factors in the quadratic non-linear model was determined.The results showed that hot air temperature had the greatest effect on the ratio of rehydration after drying,followed by vibration frequency,and the material thickness had the least effect.The optimum drying process parameter combination was determined as follows:heating temperature 70℃,vibration frequency 40 Hz,material thickness 10 mm.
