高职院校服务地方经济发展的“2344”双创人才培养模式探究

摘　　要：新时期创新创业发展是地方经济发展的重要动力,能够加速地方产业结构优化,推动地方产业升级转型。地方高职院校已经成为培养本土化创新创业人才的主体。因此探索更加科学、有效的人才培养模式,对提升高职院校学生服务地方经济发展能力,促进高职院校人才培养质量具有重要意义。专创融合是转变传统普惠式双创教育,让创新创业人才培养和地方经济发展相适应的重要手段。本文分析了高职双创人才培养现状,探究了从普惠式教育向专创融合教育转变的双创人才培养新模式,详细分析了“2344”双创人才培养路径构建路径,旨在优化双创人才培养模式,提高高职院校人才培养质量,助推地方经济高质量发展。Innovation and entrepreneurship development in the new era is an important driving force for local economic development,which can accelerate the optimization of local industrial structure and promote the upgrading and transformation of local industries.Local vocational colleges have become the main body for cultivating localized innovative and entrepreneurial talents.Therefore,exploring more scientific and effective talent cultivation models is of great significance for enhancing the ability of vocational college students to serve local economic development and promoting the quality of talent cultivation in vocational colleges.The integration of specialization and innovation is an important means to transform traditional inclusive entrepreneurship education and make the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents compatible with local economic development.This article analyzes the current situation of cultivating innovative talents in higher vocational education,explores the new model of cultivating innovative talents from inclusive education to integrated education,and provides a detailed analysis of the construction path of the"2344"innovative talent cultivation path.The aim is to optimize the innovative talent cultivation model,improve the quality of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges,and promote high-quality development of local economy.
