摘 要:目的:探讨SOAP记录法结合异步教学模式在康复治疗专业实习中的应用效果,并评估其对实习生临床思维、实践技能及理论知识掌握的影响。方法:选取100名康复治疗专业实习生,随机分为试验组(n=50)和对照组(n=50)。试验组采用SOAP记录法结合异步教学模式进行教学,内容涵盖10个常见病种;对照组则采用传统教学模式。通过理论考试、迷你临床评估(Mini-clinical evaluation exercise,Mini-CEX)和学生满意度问卷调查,评估2组学生的表现。结果:2组学生入科理论考核成绩差异无统计学意义(P=0.259);试验组出科理论考核成绩显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.034)。试验组在病史采集、体格检查、临床诊断、整体表现维度得分及总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组学生沟通技巧、人文关怀、组织效能维度得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组对技能比赛教学模式、主动学习、临床思维能力提高、规范康复评估及治疗能力提高方面满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:SOAP记录法结合异步教学模式显著提升了康复治疗专业实习生的临床思维、理论知识掌握和实践技能,具有较高的推广应用价值。Objective:To explore the application and effectiveness of the SOAP note method combined with asynchronous teaching in rehabilitation therapy internships and assess its impact on students'clinical reasoning,practical skills and theoretical knowledge acquisition.Methods:A total of 100 rehabilitation therapy interns were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=50)and the control group(n=50).The experimental group used the SOAP note method combined with asynchronous teaching,covering 10 common diseases,while the control group adopted traditional teaching methods.The students'performance was evaluated through theoretical exams,Mini-CEX(Mini-Clinical Evaluation Exercise),and a student satisfaction survey.Results:The theoretical examination scores of the 2 groups of students upon admission showed no statistically significant difference(P=0.259).However,the theoretical examination scores of the experimental group at the end of the in this department were significantly higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P=0.034).The experimental group scored higher than the control group in all dimensions of medical history taking,physical examination,clinical diagnosis,overall performance,and total score,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in communication skills,humanistic care,and organizational efficiency between the 2 groups(P>0.05).The satisfaction rates of the experimental group in the teaching modes of skill competitions,proactive learning,improved clinical thinking ability,improved standardized rehabilitation assessment and treatment ability were all higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The SOAP note method combined with asynchronous teaching significantly enhances the clinical reasoning,theoretical knowledge,and practical skills of rehabilitation therapy interns.It is worth promoting and practising clinically.
