案例考核分析法在高年资护士能级进阶中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨案例考核分析法在高年资护士能级进阶中的应用效果,旨在为提升高年资护士临床综合能力提供新思路。方法选取N3、N4护士为研究对象。将2021年1月至12月的护士设为对照组,采用传统考核法;将2022年1月至12月的护士作为观察组,采用案例考核分析法。比较两组护士在临床实践综合能力、核心胜任方面的差异,以及观察组护士对案例考核分析法的满意度。结果实施案例考核分析法后,护士的护理思维能力、规范操作能力、病情观察能力、表达沟通能力、应变处理能力、人文关怀能力得分均高于实施前(P<0.05)。批判性思维与科研、领导力、人际关系、法律与伦理实践、专业发展、临床护理、教育与咨询得分均高于实施前(P<0.05)。此外,护士对案例考核分析法的满意度达95.1%。结论案例考核分析法的应用可有效提升高年资护士临床实践综合能力,培养其批判性思维能力,增强其核心胜任力。Objective To explore the application effect of the case assessment and analysis method in the competency advancement of senior nurses,aiming to provide new ideas for enhancing the clinical comprehensive abilities of senior nurses.Methods N3 and N4 nurses were selected as research subjects.Nurses from January to December 2021 were designated as the control group and assessed using traditional evaluation methods;nurses from January to December 2022 were designated as the observation group and assessed using the case assessment and analysis method.The differences in clinical practice comprehensive abilities and core competencies between the two groups were compared,as well as the satisfaction of the observation group nurses with the case assessment and analysis method.Results After implementing the case assessment and analysis method,nurses scored significantly higher in clinical practice comprehensive abilities,including nursing thinking ability,standardized operation ability,condition observation ability,communication ability,emergency handling ability,and humanistic care ability(P<0.05).In terms of core competencies,scores for critical thinking and research,leadership,inte rpersonal relationships,legal and ethical practice,professional development,clinical nursing,and education and consultation were also significantly higher than before implementation(P<0.05).Additionally,the satisfaction rate of nurses with the case assessment and analysis method reached 95.1%.Conclusion The application of the case assessment and analysis method can effectively improve the clinical practice comprehensive abilities of senior nurses,cultivate their critical thinking skills,and enhance their core competencies.
