摘  要:通过参加大米粉中克百威能力验证,并对质量控制过程和检测结果进行分析研究,以提高实验室的检测能力和水平,确保检验结果的准确性。依据能力验证参试指导书和GB 23200.121—2021《食品安全国家标准植物源性食品中331种农药及其代谢物残留量的测定液相色谱—质谱联用法》进行样品前处理和上机测定,并通过加标实验,人员比对两种质量控制手段对检测过程与结果进行评价。结果表明,大米粉具有极弱的基质抑制效应,克百威浓度在5~250 ng/mL与响应值呈良好线性关系,相关系数为0.9998。样品2的Z值为-0.02,结果为满意。本次检测方法快速简便、回收率高、准确性高。通过定期组织参加能力验证活动,可提高检测结果可靠性,强化实验室日常质量管理工作。By participating in the verification of the determination ability of carbofuran in rice flour,the test re-sults and quality control process were analyzed and evaluated to improve the detection ability and level of in-spectors and ensure the accuracy of the test results.According to the guidelines for participating in proficiency testing and GB 23200.121—2021 Food Safety National Standard for Pesticide Residues in Plant-based Foods-Determination of 331 Pesticide Residues and their metabolites by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry,the sample is processed and analyzed by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry,and the detection process and re-sults were evaluated through two quality control methods,namely spiked sample experiment and personnel com-parison.The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between the concentration of chlorpyrfos within 5~250 ng/mL,and the correlation coefficient was 0.9998.The Z value of sample number(2)was-0.02,which was evaluated as satisfactory.The detection method is rapid,simple,high recovery rate and high accuracy.By organizing and participating in capacity verification activities regularly,the reliability of test results can be improved and the daily quality management of the laboratory can be strengthened.
