摘 要:乡村振兴战略对县域职教中心学校提出了新的要求和挑战。县域职教中心学校在培育高素质劳动者和技术技能型人才、推动当地经济发展、文化传承与创新、乡村治理和服务等方面扮演着至关重要的角色。然而,当前县域职教中心学校建设面临资源配置不均、人才培养与市场需求脱节、师资队伍建设不足、校企合作不够深入和政策支持不力等问题。因此,需要明确学校定位,服务县域经济社会发展,对接产业需求,优化专业设置,加强师资队伍建设,推动校企合作,完善政策支持,以实现县域职教中心学校的均衡发展和质量提升。The rural revitalization strategy has put forward new requirements and challenges for countylevel vocational education center schools.County vocational education center schools play a crucial role in the following aspects,such as cultivating high-quality workers and technical skilled talents,promoting local economic development,cultural inheritance and innovation,rural governance and services,etc.However,the current construction of county vocational education center schools faces problems such as uneven resource allocation,disconnection between talent cultivation and market demand,insufficient construction of teaching staff,insufficient depth of school-enterprise cooperation,and ineffective policy support.Therefore,it is necessary to clarify the positioning of the school,serve the economic and social development of the county,connect with industrial needs,optimize professional settings,strengthen the construction of the teaching staff,promote schoolenterprise cooperation,improve policy support,in order to achieve balanced development and quality improvement of the county vocational education center schools.
