摘 要:目的从学生视角出发,探究影响实践实训类课程效果的相关因素,为高校构建有效的课程评价体系提供评价参考,促进“教与学”的协同发展。方法基于对S药科大学工商管理学院2019~2020级本科在校生的深度访谈,运用扎根理论进行理论编码,构建理论模型,运用对比分析法讨论课程类型的相关影响。结果学生视角下的实践实训类课程受学校支持、教师能力、学生能力和学生情感四个维度的影响,教师的教学方法与课程实施方式是影响课程效果的重要因素。结论学生视角下的实践实训类课程效果受学校、教师、学生三方的共同影响,课程实施过程中应重视“教与学”的双向良性循环,并且,应重点从教师教学方法与课程实施方式两方面提升课程效果,以形成相应的课程特色。Objective To explore the factors influencing the effectiveness of practical training courses from the students'perspective and provide evaluation references for constructing an effective course evaluation system to promote the collaborative development of"teaching and learning".Methods Based on in-depth interviews with undergraduate students from the 2019-2020 cohort in the School of Business Administration of S Pharmaceutical University,the grounded theory approach was used for coding,and a theoretical model was constructed to discuss the related influences of different course types. Result From the perspective of students, practical training courses are influenced by four factors: school support, teacher ability, student ability and student emotions. Teaching methods and course implementation methods are important factors that affect course effectiveness. Conclusion The effectiveness of practical training courses is influenced by the joint efforts of school, teachers and students. In the process of course implementation, attention should be paid to the reciprocal positive loop of "teaching and learning", and the focus should be on improving teaching methods and course implementation to enhance the course's effectiveness and create distinctive course features.
