摘  要:药剂学作为药学类专业核心课程之一,在培养高素质的药学人才方面具有重要意义。针对当前在药剂学课程的教学中出现的问题和缺陷,笔者提出了“产—学—研”三位一体的药剂学专业创新人才的教学模式,为学校依据人才、学科和技术优势,选好高层次、高起点的研究课题提供依据。笔者从“三位一体”策略出发,将建立科学研究与教学互动的平台、明确学生的专业发展方向、加强学生的创新创业意识、建立科学研究和产业实践之间的良好互动关系作为主线,对目前“填鸭式”的教育模式进行探索。通过对“产—学—研”融合教学模式进行探讨,培养符合时代特点的“产—学—研”融合型药学人才。As one of the core courses of pharmacy,pharmacy is of great significance in cultivating high-quality pharmacy talents.Aiming at the current problems and shortcomings in the teaching of pharmacy courses,the paper proposes a"production-learning-research"trinity of innovative talents in pharmacy teaching mode,which provides a basis for the school to select high-level and high starting point research topics by combining the advantages of talents,disciplines and technologies.Starting from the"Trinity"strategy,this paper takes the establishment of a platform for the interaction between scientific research and teaching,the clarification of students'professional development direction,the enhancement of students'innovation and entrepreneurship awareness,and the establishment of a good interactive relationship between scientific research and scientific research as the main line,which will carry out a profound reform of the current"duck-filling"education model.Through the discussion of the"production-learning-research"integration teaching mode,to cultivate the"production-learning-research"integration of pharmacy talents in line with the characteristics of the times.
