摘　　要：在“双高计划”背景下,高校食品专业课程需要加强劳动教育和思政教育的融合,以培养具有高素质、高技能的食品专业人才。在阐述劳动教育和思政教育的内涵和特点的基础上,分析了当前高校食品专业课程劳动教育和思政教育融合的现状及存在的缺乏系统的融合规划、教学内容和方法单一、师资力量不足、评价机制不完善以及实践环节不够充分等问题,进而提出了建立系统的融合规划、创新教学内容和方法、加强师资队伍建设、完善评价机制以及加强实践环节等融合路径。以期增强学生的社会责任感,培养创新精神和实践能力,推动“双高计划”背景下教育教学改革的进程。Under the background of"double high-level plan",the food major courses in colleges and universities need to strengthen the integration of labor education and ideological and political education,in order to cultivate food professionals with high quality and high skills.This paper aims to explore the integration path of labor education and ideological and political education in food major courses in colleges and universities under the background of"double high-level plan".Firstly,this paper expounds the connotation and characteristics of labor education and ideological and political education,and then analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the integration of labor education and ideological and political education in food major courses in colleges and universities.It includes the lack of systematic integration planning,the single teaching content and method,the lack of teachers,the imperfect evaluation mechanism and the insufficient practice links.Finally,it puts forward the corresponding integration path,including the establishment of systematic integration planning,innovation of teaching content and methods,strengthening the construction of teachers,improving the evaluation mechanism and strengthening the practice link.Through the above measures,it is expected to enhance students'sense of social responsibility,cultivate innovative spirit and practical ability,and promote the process of education and teaching reform under the background of"double high-level Plan".
