摘 要:近年来,随着汽车行业的电动化、智能化、网联化发展,产业技术含量不断提升,对专业人才综合素质提出了更高的要求。高校汽车类专业承担着培育汽车工匠人才的重要使命,结合汽车工匠人才培养目标,采取调整与整合课程大纲、设计与编排教学内容、完善与扩展思政内容、创新与丰富教学方法等措施,对专业实践课程思政教学模式进行了改革。通过深入挖掘课程中蕴含的思政元素,并将其融入教学全过程,以培养学生的创新精神、实践能力、职业素养,实现全员、全程、全方位育人,帮助学生实现单一工程型人才到复合工匠型人才的转变,为我国汽车行业的繁荣发展提供人才支撑。In recent years,with the development of electrification,intelligence,and networking in the automotive industry,the technological sophistication of the industry has been continually advancing,thereby placing higher demands on the comprehensive qualities of professional talents.Universities'automotive majors carry the significant responsibility of nurturing automotive craftsmanship talents.In line with the training objectives for automotive craftsmanship talents,measures have been implemented to adjust and integrate course syllabi,design and organize teaching content,augment and broaden ideological and political education,innovate and diversify teaching methods,and reform the ideological and political teaching approach of professional practical courses.By deeply exploring the ideological and political elements embedded within the curriculum and integrating them throughout the teaching process,we aim to foster students'innovative thinking,practical skills,and professional ethics,achieving comprehensive and holistic education.This transition will assist students in evolving from singular engineering talents to composite craftsmanship talents,thereby providing essential talent support for the thriving development of the automotive industry.
