摘　　要：基于现代学徒制教育理念和现代产业学院教学资源,以机电一体化技术专业实践教学为切入点、以解决专业顶岗实习中存在的问题为目标,充分发挥企业先进制造技术和完整产业链的优势,校企共建现代学徒制班、共创“定+轮”顶岗实习模式。通过设计“三阶式”实习模块、开发“双培式”教学资源、实施“动态式”实习管理、打造产学研“三方联动”平台、构建“四维二阶六面”评价体系等措施,进行了机电一体化技术专业实习模式的创新与实践。实践结果表明,通过实施“定+轮”顶岗实习模式,专业教学效率明显提高、专业课程体系持续优化、学生综合素质显著提升、产教融合协同育人机制进一步完善、校企联合科研项目推进迅速,实现了校企双方的共赢。Based on the concept of modern apprenticeship education and leveraging the teaching resources of modern industrial colleges,the school and enterprise jointly build modern apprenticeship classes,with practical teaching of mechatronics technology as the starting point and solving problems in professional on-the-job internships as the goal.By fully leveraging the advantages of advanced manufacturing technology and complete industrial chains in enterprises,they co-create the"fixed+round"on-the-job internship model.Through the design of a"three-level"internship module,the development of"dual training"teaching resources,the implementation of"dynamic"internship management,the establishment of a"tripartite linkage"platform for industry,university,and research,and the construction of a"four-dimensional,second-order,six-sided"evaluation system,innovation and practice have been carried out in the internship mode for the mechatronics technology major.Practical results have shown that implementing the"fixed+round"on-the-job internship model significantly improves professional teaching efficiency,continuously optimizes the professional curriculum system,enhances students'comprehensive quality,further refines the mechanism of industry-education integration and collaborative education,and rapidly promotes joint scientific research projects between schools and enterprises,achieving a win-win situation for both parties.
