摘  要:高校教师评价是师资队伍建设的重要组成部分,为人才引进、职称评审、岗位聘用、人事分配提供重要依据。建立科学合理的地方高校教师评价体系是地方高校提升内部治理能力的关键环节,也是教育评价改革的核心内容。文章梳理了在教育评价改革背景下地方高校教师评价运行现状,从评价导向、评价主体、评价标准、评价指标体系、评价方法与周期、评价结果的反馈及运用六个方面分析实践中存在的困境与共性问题,挖掘要素之间的关系,提出地方高校教师评价体系的优化思路与建议。Faculty evaluation is an important part of faculty development in universities,providing an important basis for talent recruitment and selection,professional title appraisal,position appointment and salary and compensation allocation.Therefore,establishing a scientific and reasonable faculty evaluation system in local universities is the key link to enhance the internal governance capability and also the core content of the educational evaluation reform.In this article the author reviews the current situation of the faculty evaluation in local universities against the background of the educational evaluation reform,analyzes the difficulties and common problems in practice from six aspects including evaluation orientation,evaluation subject,evaluation criteria,evaluation index system,evaluation method and cycle,feedback and application of evaluation results,and further explores the relationships among these factors.Moreover,the author also puts forward some ideas and suggestions on the improvements of faculty evaluation system in local universities.
