摘　　要：旅游管理专硕研究生实践能力培养质量是衡量培养水平的关键。旅游管理专硕教育因学生、社会的特殊诉求,要求应当构建全新的实践能力提升途径。通过全过程实践能力提升、校企合作开放型办学、实践性课程设置以及分散实习等途径构建全方位实践能力提升体系,能够保障实践能力的培养质量。The quality of practical ability training for master's students in tourism management is the key to measuring the level of training.Due to the special demands of students and society,the specialized master's education in tourism management requires the construction of a new path for enhancing practical abilities.By enhancing practical abilities throughout the entire process,promoting open school enterprise cooperation,offering practical courses,and implementing decentralized internships,a comprehensive system for improving practical abilities can be established to ensure the quality of practical training.
