健康中国视域下高校体育教育教学实践探析

摘　　要：健康中国战略旨在提升全民健康水平。在此视域下,高校体育教育教学具有举足轻重的地位,是实现健康中国战略的重要环节之一。为此,高校体育教育教学要在教学目标、教学模式、教学内容、教学评价等方面,向着功能性、创新性、丰富性和过程性方向发展。针对当前高校体育教育教学存在的主要问题,以健康中国战略为指引,更新高校体育教育教学理念,创新高校体育教育教学模式,强化高校体育教育教学的组织联动,调整高校体育教育教学的评价体系,以达成与健康中国战略相适应的高校体育教育教学实践,助力健康中国战略的实施。Under the background of the Healthy China strategy for improving the national health level,physical education and teaching in colleges and universities plays more and more important role and acts as the main links to realize this strategy.Therefore,physical education should be deeply improved towards functionality,innovation,richness and process in terms of teaching objectives,teaching mode,teaching content and teaching evaluation.In view of the main problems existing in the current physical education teaching in colleges and universities,guided by Healthy China,it is necessary to update the teaching concept,innovate the teaching mode,strengthen the organizational linkage,and adjust the evaluation system,achieving the teaching practice that is compatible with the strategy of Healthy China and help the implementation of the strategy of Healthy China.
