高校思政课教师开展调查研究工作的时代价值和实践路径

摘　　要：调查研究是中国共产党的传家宝。在高校思政课教师中开展调查研究工作对于促进“大思政课”育人新格局的构建、促进思政课教师教学科研能力的提升和促进思政课课程效果的提高都具有重要意义。因此,要按照实事求是、问题导向和系统观念的工作原则开展调查研究工作。在开展调查研究工作时,要结合思想政治教育这一基本因素,把走进基层、走进一线,深入挖掘思政教育的鲜活素材;立足高校实际,深入挖掘思政教育的特色资源;走进地方特色文化,深入挖掘思政教育的文化资源作为调查研究工作的着力点。在把握好开展调查研究的原则和着力点的基础上,从强化顶层设计为调查研究工作提供制度保障、加强能力培养为调查研究工作提供实践动能、加强调研载体建设为调查研究工作提供平台3个方面推进高校思政课教师开展调查研究工作,进而提升思政课教师的素质和能力。Investigation and Research are our party's heirloom.Ideological and political course teachers'investigation and research in colleges and universities is of great significance for promoting the construction of a new pattern of"great ideological and political course"education,enhancing the teaching and research abilities of ideological and political course teachers,and improving the effectiveness of ideological and political course.Therefore,investigation and research should be carried out in accordance with the principles of seeking truth from facts,problem orientation,and systematic thinking.When conducting investigation and research,it is necessary to combine the basic factor of ideological and political education,and focus on entering the grassroots and frontline to deeply explore the fresh materials of ideological and political education,as well as based on the characteristics of universities and local areas,and deeply explore the resource advantages of ideological and political education.On the basis of grasping the principles and focus points of investigation and research,ideological and political teachers'investigation and research in colleges and universities should be promoted from three aspects:strengthening top-level design to provide institutional guarantees,enhancing capacity cultivation to provide practical abilities,and strengthening the construction of research carriers to provide platforms,thereby improving the quality and ability of ideological and political teachers.
