摘　　要：教研工作要适应“五育”融合的时代需要,求变求新。要克服站位不高、内容窄化、形式单一、力量分散等问题,从认真贯彻党的教育方针出发,进一步丰富教研内容;从教育规律出发,进一步健全教研机制;从工作实际出发,进一步转变教研方式。Teaching and research should seek for changes and innovations to adapt to contemporary needs of the integration of the“five education”.To overcome the problems of narrow content,single form and scattered energy,we should further enrich the content of teaching and research from the perspective of seriously implementing the Party’s education policy,establish a sound teaching and research mechanism according to education law,and further change methods of teaching and research from actual work.
