摘 要:乡村小规模学校是教育改革发展的“神经末梢”,也是实施乡村振兴战略、促进教育公平与教育高质量发展的关键一环。英国经验表明,乡村小规模学校有潜力通过卓越的领导、个性化教学和有想象力的课程、更安全的学校环境等提供卓越教育;但与此同时仍不能忽视环境因素,尤其是师资与经费挑战对提供卓越教育构成的现实障碍。在探索消解乡村小规模学校发展障碍上,英国主要围绕经费与资源支持、高质量人才供应链保障、学校治理方式变革三方面实践发力。借鉴英国经验,我国乡村小规模学校发展有赖基于证据的政策干预、立足整个乡村社区进行有效规划与更广泛的对话,以探索适合本地的乡村小规模学校发展支持模式。Small rural schools are the"nerve endings"in education reform and development,and also the key link to implement rural revitalization strategy and promote education equity and high-quality education development.Experience from the UK shows that small rural schools have the potential to promote excellent education through effective leadership,personalized teaching,imaginative curriculum,and safer school conditions.At the same time,environmental factors,especially demographic and financial challenges,are obstacles which can not be ignored.To overcome these obstacles and to ensure the quality of education,the UK mainly adopted three actions:providing financial support and teaching resources,ensuring the supply chain of high-quality talents,and building partnerships among schools.Drawing on the experiences of the UK,the development of small rural schools in our country could focus on the following aspects:implementing evidence-based policy intervention,promoting open dialogues throughout rural communities,and designing local support models for small rural schools.
