摘  要:新工科建设是当前我国高等工程教育领域的重要改革方向和措施之一。中国地质大学(武汉)资源勘查工程专业作为传统工科专业,在新工科背景下如何开展应用创新型人才培养值得深入探讨。在详细剖析国内高校资源勘查工程人才培养现状及存在问题基础上,该文从创新课程体系、学科竞赛体系、科研实践平台体系、校企融合与多学科交叉以及融入全球化创新等方面进行有益的探索和实践,初步形成一套切实可行的地质资源勘查应用创新型人才培养的实践教学解决方案,助力新工科创新发展。New Engineering is one of the important reform directions and measures in the field of higher engineering education in China.As a traditional engineering major,Resource exploration engineering in China University of Geosciences(Wuhan)is worthy of further discussion on how to cultivate applied innovative talents under the background of new engineering education.On the basis of a detailed analysis of the present situation and existing problems of resource exploration engineering talent training in universities,this paper has carried on beneficial exploration and practice from the innovative curriculum system,discipline competition system,scientific research practice platform system,university-enterprise integration,multi-discipline intersection and integration into global innovation.It has preliminarily formed a set of practical teaching solutions for the application of innovative talents training in resource exploration engineering to help the innovative development of new engineering.
