摘  要:针对运用单纯形积分方法处理流形单元积分中高阶次函数时面临的公式复杂和计算量庞大的问题,提出使用高斯积分方法对流形单元进行积分处理。基于数值流形方法,对金属塑性成形过程进行数值模拟研究,以模型镦粗为例,取轴对称几何图形的右半部分进行研究,建立了有限覆盖系统,在自由边界和固定数学网格交点上设立特征跟踪点,求出跟踪点的初始速度,再用初始速度乘以时间步长得到跟踪点的位移坐标,解决了有限覆盖系统上塑性变形自由运动界面精确跟踪的关键问题,更新了流形单元的研究方法,通过对产生的流形单元进行积分处理,编写代码,生成一套可行性算法,为金属塑性成形计算机模拟提供了一种新的高精度高效率的数值方法。For the problems of complex formulas and large amount of calculation faced by using simplex integration method to handle the high-order functions in manifold element integration,the Gaussian integration method was proposed to integrate manifold elements.Then,based on the numerical manifold method,a numerical simulation study was conducted on the process of metal plastic forming.Furthermore,for the upsetting of model,the right half of the axisymmetric geometric shape was taken for research,the finite cover system was established,the feature tracking points were set up at the intersection of free boundary and fixed mathematical grid,the initial velocity of tracking points were calculated,and the displacement coordinates of tracking points were obtained by multiplying the initial velocity by the time step to solve the key problem of accurate tracking for the plastic deformation free motion interface on the finite cover system and update the research method of manifold elements.By integrating the generated manifold elements and writing codes,a feasible algorithm is generated,which provides a new high-precision and high-efficiency numerical method for the computer simulation of metal plastic forming.
