摘 要:榜样教育作为高等教育中人才培养的关键手段,对激发学生的积极潜能、塑造积极人格具有不可替代的作用。然而,传统的榜样教育模式往往过于单一和刻板,难以满足当代大学生个性化和多元化的成长需求,面临着榜样形象符号化、教育抽象静态化、学生理解差异化的三重困境。这些困境的根源在于传统教育模式的惯性思维、忽视个体差异的教育实践以及缺乏深度情感共鸣的教育内容。在积极心理学视域下新时期的榜样教育应从三个方面进行改革:榜样塑造的个性化凸显、榜样影响的生活化根基以及榜样教育的体系建构。As a key means of cultivating all-round talents in higher education,role model education plays an irreplaceable role in stimulating students’positive potential and shaping positive personality.However,the traditional model of role model education is often too single and rigid,which is difficult to meet the individualized and diversified growth needs of contemporary college students,and encounters the triple dilemma of flat role model image,abstract and static education,and student understanding differences.The root of these dilemmas lies in the inertia of traditional education models,educational practices that ignore individual differences,and educational content that lacks deep emotional resonance.In the new era,role model education should undergo transformation through approaches such as personalized emphasis,grounded in everyday life,and systematic construction of role models within the framework of positive psychology.
