技能型社会建设背景下江苏推进职业教育供给侧改革的路径与对策研究

摘　　要：职业教育在技能型社会建设中发挥重要作用。通过分析江苏职业教育供给现状,发现江苏职业教育供给面临职业教育供给层次结构矛盾突出、职业教育供给与产业匹配度不够高、职业教育供给载体比较单一等问题。提出面向人人,重构职业教育供给目标;健全格局,构建多方主体参与机制;突破体制,探索共建职教培养载体的职业教育供给侧改革路径与对策,以期为江苏技能型社会建设和职业教育高质量发展提供参考。Vocational education plays a significant role in the construction of skilled society.By analyzing the current supply situation of vocational education in Jiangsu,it has been observed that the supply-side of vocational education in Jiangsu is confronted with issues such as prominent contradictions in the hierarchical structure of vocational education supply,insufficient matching between vocational education supply and industry demands,and a relatively singular carrier for vocational education supply.It is proposed to reconstruct the supply goal of vocational education for everyone;Improve the pattern and build a multi-party participation mechanism;Break through the system and explore the supply-side reform path and countermeasures of vocational education to jointly build a vocational education training carrier,in order to provide a reference for the construction of a skill-based society and the high-quality development of vocational education in Jiangsu.
