摘 要:为深化落实立德树人根本任务和职业教育改革发展新要求,将新思想、新理念、新要求转化为职业教育改革的政策举措和具体行动,本研究聚焦职业教育高技能人才培养,探索专业课程改革在人才培养中的导向作用,从“三孩政策”背景下社会对“幼有所育”需求迫切出发,以母婴护理“1+X”证书培训课程为例,深入实施“书证融通、育训结合”的职业教育举措,探究专业课程改革对培育高职学生“幼有所育”信念感的影响,从团队组建、课程重构、教学策略应用等多方位构建以职业素养培育为核心、职业能力培养为主线的教学模式,优化课程定位,增强人才培养的适应性,强化对学生专业、素质和关键能力的培养,有利于提升职业教育社会认可度,实现职业高质量发展。In order to deepen the implementation of the fundamental task of cultivating moral character and the new requirements for vocational education reform and development,and transform new thoughts,new concepts and new requirements into policy measures and specific actions for vocational education reform,this study focuses on the cultivation of high-skilled talents in vocational education,explores the guiding role of professional course reform in talent cultivation,starting from the urgent demand for"childcare"in society under the background of the"three-child policy",and takes the"1+X"certificate training course for maternal and child nursing as an example.It implements the vocational education measures of"certification and education integrating,training and education"in a deep and practical way,explores the impact of professional course reform on cultivating the sense of"childcare"among vocational college students,and builds a teaching model with vocational quality cultivation as the core,professional ability training as the main line from the perspectives of team formation,course reconstruction,and teaching strategy application.It optimizes the course positioning,enhances the adaptability of talent cultivation,strengthens the cultivation of students'professional,quality and key abilities,and is conducive to improving the social recognition of vocational education and achieving high-quality development of vocational education.
