高职院校学报助力教师科研能力提升途径探究——以北京工业职业技术学院为例

摘  要:科技创新是发展新质生产力的核心要素,科研人才则是科技创新的重要支撑。高职院校学报是科技创新的载体,是展示高职院校整体教科研水平和教师科研能力的重要平台。通过分析高职院校学报与教师科研能力的关联性,结合近3年北京工业职业技术学院教师为第一作者论文发表情况,提出学报可以通过有组织科研、搭建科研创新平台等途径助力提升教师科研能力,更好地为高职院校教学科研服务。Scientific and technological innovation is the core element for developing new quality productivity,and scientific research talents are an important support for scientific and technological innovation.Journal of higher vocational colleges is a carrier of scientific and technological innovation,and an important platform to showcase the overall teaching and research level and teacher research ability of higher vocational colleges.By analyzing the correlation between the journals of higher vocational colleges and the scientific research abilities of teachers,and combining with the publication of papers by teachers of Beijing Polytechnic College as the first author in the past three years,it is proposed that journals can help improve teachers'scientific research abilities and better serve teaching and scientific research in higher vocational colleges through organized scientific research and building research innovation platforms.
