摘 要:地方公费师范生的乡土情怀有助于其形成积极的乡村教育情怀。当前,地方公费师范生乡土情怀培育中存在着乡土情怀培育意识薄弱、课程教学内容缺乏乡土文化元素、校园文化缺乏乡土性、教育实践培养机制缺乏科学性等问题。培养地方公费师范生乡土情怀,应强化地方公费师范生乡土情怀的培育意识,在课程教学内容中融入乡土文化知识,构建乡土与城市文化融合的校园文化,建立全程全方位的乡村教育实践培养机制。The local sentiment of local government-funded normal students helps them form a positive rural education sentiment.At present,there are problems in the cultivation of the local sentiment of local government-funded normal students,such as weak awareness of local sentiment cultivation,lack of local cultural elements in curriculum teaching content,lack of local campus culture,and lack of scientific education practice and training mechanisms.To cultivate the local sentiment of local government-funded normal students,we should strengthen their awareness of cultivating local sentiment,integrate local cultural knowledge into the curriculum teaching content,build a campus culture that integrates local and urban cultures,and establish a comprehensive rural education practice and training mechanism throughout the process.
