摘　　要：黏液表皮样癌是一种临床上比较少见的恶性肿瘤,常见于消化道、呼吸道、泌尿生殖系统等部位。本文围绕黏液表皮样癌的诊断和治疗进展,总结了该癌症的病理学特征、临床表现、诊断方法、治疗策略以及预后评估等多个方面的研究现状,探讨了免疫治疗、靶向治疗、基因编辑技术应用等在黏液表皮样癌中的应用前景,为提高患者治疗效果和生存率提供更多选择。Mucoepidermoid carcinoma is a rare but clinically challenging malignant tumor,which is commonly found in the digestive tract,respiratory tract,genitourinary system and other parts.Focusing on the progress of diagnosis and treatment of mucoepidermoid carcinoma,this article systematically summarizes the research status of the pathological characteristics,clinical manifestations,diagnostic methods,treatment strategies,and prognosis evaluation of this cancer.
