摘 要:随着交通强国战略深入推进,智慧轨道交通无人驾驶新技术普及,作为培养车辆运用检修工核心课程《无人驾驶列车故障处理》,融入地铁车辆专家管理系统、列车健康监管系统等新技术,岗课赛证重构学习内容,贯穿“安全高效、精检细修、匠技创新”的思政主线,创新PTE增值评价。从师资队伍、虚仿资源、教学模式等方面推进改革,构建了“师匠共导、虚实互通、三学三练”的教学策略,解决学习内容与岗位要求的精度、学生学和教师教的效度、考核评价的广度三个问题。学习目标达成度高、参与度高,课堂有效有趣有料。With the in-depth promotion of the strategy of building a strong transportation country and the popularization of new unmanned technology of smart rail transit,as the core course of training vehicle maintenance workers,the teaching of the“Unmanned Train Fault Handling”integrates new technologies such as metro vehicle expert management system and train health supervision system,reconstructs the learning content of the post course certificate,runs through the ideological and political main line of"safety and efficiency,fine inspection and meticulous repair,and craftsmanship innovation",and innovates the value-added evaluation of PTE.The reform was promoted from the aspects of teaching staff,virtual resources,and teaching mode,and the teaching strategy of"co-guidance by teachers and craftsmen,virtual and real communication,and three learning and three practice"was constructed to solve the three problems of the accuracy of learning content and job requirements,the validity of student learning and teacher teaching,and the breadth of assessment and evaluation.The learning objectives are highly achieved,the participation is high,and the classes are effective,interesting and informative.
