摘  要:随着汽车行业的快速发展,汽修人才的需求也开始水涨船高。工学一体化培养模式在中职汽修专业中的实施,能够有效提高汽修人才的专业技能和综合素质,增强其就业竞争力,为中职汽修专业教学改革提供了有力的支持。本文探讨了工学一体化培养模式在中职汽修专业教学中应用的意义、存在的挑战,并用四个方面对其应用策略进行了初步探究,仅供参考。With the rapid development of the automotive industry,the demand for auto repair talents has also begun to rise.The implementation of the integrated training model of engineering and learning in the secondary vocational auto repair major can effectively improve the professional skills and comprehensive quality of auto repair talents,enhance their employment competitiveness,and provide strong support for the teaching reform of the secondary vocational auto repair major.This paper discusses the significance and challenges of the application of the integrated training model of engineering and learning in the teaching of secondary vocational auto repair,and preliminarily explores its application strategy from four aspects,which is for reference only.
