摘 要:装备CTCS-3级列控系统车载设备的列车,在安装CTCS-3级地面设备区域运行时出现无线通信中断等原因降级后,若长时间按CTCS-2等级运行将影响区间通过能力。合理设置降级后CTCS-2/3等级转换点,实现降级为CTCS-2等级运行的列车尽早恢复CTCS-3等级运行,可提高列车运行效率。结合等级转换设计有关规定及工程案例,对降级后CTCS-2/3等级转换点的设置方案进行研究,同时考虑RBC移交需求、站间距过长或过短、枢纽场/站间通过联络线和渡线衔接的特殊场景。研究结果表明:两站间有RBC移交需求时,应优先确保RBC移交,再根据站间距设置降级后等级转换点;对于长大区间,应在区间适当位置增设正向等级转换点;对于枢纽,可设计多场/站共用等级转换点。研究结果可为降级后CTCS-2/3等级转换点的工程设计提供借鉴与参考。If the train equipped with CTCS-3 on-board train control equipment is degraded due to reasons such as wireless communication interruption when running in the area where CTCS-3 ground equipments are installed,the interval passing capacity will be affected if the train runs at CTCS-2 for a long time.Reasonable setting of CTCS-2/3 level transition points after degradation is conducive to the early resumption of the train degraded to CTCS-2 level back to CTCS-3 level and the improvement of train operation efficiency.Based on the relevant regulations and engineering cases related to level transition design,the paper studies the scheme for setting CTCS-2/3 level transition points after degradation and also considers special scenarios such as RBC handover required,station spacing being too long or too short,and hub yards/stations connected through connecting lines and crossover lines.The research results show that when a RBC handover is required between two stations,priority should be given to ensuring RBC handover,and then the degraded level transition point should be set according to the station spacing;for long intervals,forward-direction level transition points should be added at appropriate positions in the intervals;for hubs,a level transition point to be shared by multiple yards/stations can be designed.The research results can provide reference for the engineering design of CTCS-2/3 level transition points after degradation.
