摘  要:随着人工智能(AI)技术在教育领域的广泛应用,传统的教师培训及课堂教学评价方式——听评课,正经历一场深刻的变革。采用问卷调查法和深度访谈法,对比分析人工智能辅助听评课与传统听评课在提升教研质量、推动教学改革以及教师接受度方面的差异。研究发现:相较于传统听评课,人工智能辅助听评课在有效性、实效性和深度方面具有明显的优势,并对教师教学和教研改进产生更积极的影响;新技术平台使用经历及使用年限均对教师接受度产生影响;人工智能辅助听评课在促进教师间互动合作方面的效果有限,但教师对这种新兴听评课方式普遍持开放态度,并愿意推动其在教育实践中的运用。据此提出重视数字化转型背景下听评课方式的研究、创新听评课模式、加强教师在人工智能辅助听评课技术和模式方面的应用培训、关注听评课方式的人文关怀和社会效应以确保新技术在课堂教学评价中的合理应用等建议,以为智能时代中小学课堂教学评价改革与创新提供参考。As artificial intelligence(AI)technology is widely applied in the field of education,the traditional methods of teacher training and classroom teaching evaluation-lesson observation and evaluation-are experiencing a profound transformation.By employing questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews,this study compares and analyzes the differences between AI-assisted and traditional lesson observation and evaluationin in terms of enhancing the quality of teaching research,promoting teaching reform,and teacher acceptance.The research reveals that AI-assisted lesson observation and evaluation have distinct advantages over traditional methods in terms of effectiveness,practicality,and depth,and exert a more positive impact on both teaching improve⁃ment and research.Teachers'experience with and duration of using new technology platforms both affect their acceptance of AI-assisted methods.Although the impact of AI-assisted lesson observa⁃tion and evaluation on promoting teachers interaction and cooperation is limited,teachers generally maintain an open attitude towards this emerging method and are willing to advocate for its application in educational practice.Based on these findings,the study proposes recommendations such as empha⁃sizing research on lesson observation and evaluation methods in the context of digital transformation,innovating lesson observation and evaluation models,strengthening training on the application of AI assisted lesson observation and evaluation technologies and models,and focusing on the humanistic concerns and social effects of lesson observation and evaluation methods to ensure the rational appli⁃cation of new technologies in classroom teaching evaluation.These suggestions aim to provide refer⁃ences for the reform and innovation of classroom teaching evaluation in primary and secondary schools in the intelligent era.
