摘  要:科学构建学生学习胜任力评价指标体系,对数智化转型背景下深化改革学习评价、促进学生可持续发展有重要价值。在提出理论构念基础上,研究遵循前沿性、科学性、可行性和发展性原则,采用目标-过程结构法、德尔菲法和因子分析法,从学生心理和活动内容两个角度,经指标频次筛选和两轮专家咨询,初构学生学习胜任力评价指标体系;通过设计量表开展调研,并对数据进行探索性因子分析,逐次构建起三级评价指标体系;通过验证性因子分析建构三阶结构方程模型并验证了评价指标体系的科学合理性和可靠稳定性。学生学习胜任力评价指标体系共包含认知胜任力(学习建构力、学习迁移力、学习内动力)、元认知胜任力(学习自觉力、学习自主力、学习共为力)、态度胜任力(学习理念力、学习情感力、学习品质力)3个一级指标、9个二级指标和23个三级指标。该指标体系对数智时代的学生学习评价具有广泛适用性。Scientifically constructing the evaluation index system of learners'learning competency plays an important role in deepening the evaluation reform of learning and promoting sustainable development of students'in the context of digital and intelligent transformation.On the basis of putting forward theoretical evaluation construct,this research follows the principles of forefront,scientificity,feasibility and development,adopting goal-process structure method,Delphi method and factor analysis method to carry out the study.Firstly,from two perspectives of learners'learning psychology and activity content,this research initially constructs the evaluation index system of learners'learning competency with the index frequency screening and two rounds of experts'consultation.Secondly,through the scale survey and exploratory factor analysis of the data,this research gradually constructs three-level evaluation index system.Finally,this research constructs three-level SEM model and verifies the scientific rationality and reliable stability of the evaluation index system by confirmatory factor analysis.The evaluation index system of learners'learning competency consists of 3 one-level indicators,9 two-level indicators,namely cognitive competency(learning construction competency,learning transfer competency and learning intra-action competency),metacognitive competency(learning self-consciousness competency,learning autonomy competency and learning community competency),and attitudinal competency(learning idea competency,learning affection competency and learning approaches competency),and 23 three level indicators.It is widely applicable to the learning evaluation in the age of digitization and artificial intelligence.
