摘  要:本文旨在探讨高职院校如何通过加强职业技能培训体系标准化建设助推创业教育的开展。文章从分析职业技能培训体系标准化建设与高职院校创业教育的关系入手,指出职业技能培训在高职院校开展过程中存在的问题,提出“完善职业培训框架体系建设、加强职业培训教材与数字资源的选用、推动职业技能培训信息化建设、加强职业技能培训师资队伍建设”4个策略,以加强职业技能培训标准化体系建设,进而助推创业教育开展,提升学生就业创业能力,为促进高校毕业生就业创业工作高质量发展指明方向。This paper aims to explore how to promote entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges by strengthening the standardization construction of vocational skills training system.It starts with the analysis of the relationship between the standardization construction of vocational skills training system and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges,and points out the existing problems in the process of vocational skills training in higher vocational colleges.It finally puts forward four strategies,namely,“improving the construction of vocational training framework system,strengthening the selection of vocational training textbooks and digital resources,promoting the informatization construction of vocational skills training,and strengthening the construction of vocational skills training teachers”,so as to strengthen the construction of vocational skills training standardization system,promote the development of entrepreneurship education,and enhance students’employment and entrepreneurship ability.It points out the direction for promoting the high-quality development of employment and entrepreneurship of college graduates.
