摘 要:目的:探讨基于STEAM的情景模拟标准化教学模式在新入职护士培训中的应用价值。方法:选取2023年7—12月期间德阳市人民医院新入职的168名护士为研究对象,分为对照组和实验组,各84例,对照组采用传统培训模式,实验组采取基于STEAM的情景模拟标准化教学模式,对比两组培训的综合水平、学员的核心能力及自我学习能力指标。结果:培训结束后,实验组的培训综合水平、学员的核心能力及自我学习能力指标均高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:将基于STEAM的情景模拟标准化教学模式应用于新入职护士培训中,可有效提高培训的综合水平,同时能够提升学员的核心能力及自我学习能力,值得推广应用。Objective:To explore the application value of STEAM based scenario simulation standardized teaching model in the training of new nurses.Methods:A total of 168 newly recruited nurses in Deyang People’s Hospital from July to December 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 84 cases in each group.The traditional training mode was adopted in the control group,and the standardized teaching mode based on STEAM was adopted in the experimental group.The comprehensive level of training,trainees’core ability and self-learning ability indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:After the training,the training comprehensive level,core ability and self-learning ability indexes of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Applying the STEAM-based scenario simulation standardized teaching mode to the training of new nurses can eff ectively improve the comprehensive level of training and enhance the core competence and self-learning ability of trainees,which is worthy of popularization and application.
