摘 要:由于喷洒机执行喷洒任务时的具体运行工况为非定值,导致可能存在雾滴沉积量分布不均的情况。为此提出基于PLC的小麦液肥喷洒机模糊鲁棒控制方法。结合小麦液肥喷洒机飞行速度与雾滴沉积量之间的隶属关系,构建了模糊关系矩阵,并通过面积模糊量对矩阵中的元素进行非模糊化;在控制阶段,以实现雾滴沉积量的均匀分布作为控制目标,飞行速度变化时,PLC根据控制模型响应输出的雾滴沉积量,结合模糊关系矩阵,对小麦液肥喷洒机的喷洒压力进行调节。测试结果表明,设计方法下不同区域雾滴沉积量最为均匀,与对照组相比具有更加稳定的分布。Due to the non constant operating conditions of the sprayer during spraying tasks,there may be uneven distribu-tion of droplet deposition.Therefore,a fuzzy robust control method based on PLC for wheat liquid fertilizer sprayer was proposed.A fuzzy relational matrix was established based on the member relationship between the flight speed and droplet deposition of the wheat liquid fertilizer sprayer,and the elements in the matrix were non fuzzificated using the area fuzzy quantity.In the control phase,the goal was to achieve uniform distribution of droplet deposition.When the flight speed changed,the PLC responded to the output droplet deposition amount based on the control model,and combined it with the fuzzy relational matrix to adjust the spraying pressure of the wheat liquid fertilizer sprayer.The test results showed that de-signed method had the most uniform deposition of droplets in different areas with a more stable distribution compared to the control group.
