摘 要:职业本科教育在性质上是本科大学教育,研究职业本科教育师资问题可以借助大学职能的视角。在明晰职业本科教育专业性技能人才的培养定位、应用技术研究的研究定位以及区域综合服务的社会服务定位的基础上,分析职业本科教育师资队伍建设的价值诉求和问题表征具有重要意义,其价值诉求是为培养专业性技能人才建设优质教师队伍、为开展应用技术研究备足专门研究力量以及为区域综合服务打造合格服务团队,其问题表征是师资多元化引进渠道不畅通、师资使用不甚合理、师资考核管理机制不完善、建立师资专门化培养体系难度大、特色培训模式未建立。职业本科教育师资队伍建设需要加快研制职业本科教育师资标准体系、采取多样化的职业本科教育教师培养培训模式以及进行建设对策创新。通过学科建设助力职业本科教育师资队伍建设,打造合乎职业本科教育特色的教师管理体系。Vocational undergraduate education is an undergraduate university qualitatively,so studying the issue of teaching staff in vocational undergraduate education can be approached from the perspective of university functions.On the basis of clarifying the training positioning of professional skilled talents in vocational undergraduate education,the research positioning of applied technology research,and the social service positioning of regional comprehensive services,analyze the value demands and problem representations of the construction of vocational undergraduate education teacher’group.Its value demands are:to build a high-quality teaching team for cultivating professional skilled talents,to prepare specialized research forces for conducting applied technology research,and to create qualified service teams for regional comprehensive services;The problem is characterized by:the channels for diversified introduction of teachers are not smooth,the use of teachers is not very reasonable,the management mechanism for teacher assessment is not perfect,the establishment of a specialized teacher training system is difficult,and the characteristic training mode is not established.Propose that the construction of vocational undergraduate education teacher team needs to adhere to a certain"path dependence":accelerate the development of vocational undergraduate education teacher standard system,adopt diversified vocational undergraduate education teacher training models;And carry out innovative construction strategies:through disciplinary construction,assist in the construction of the teaching staff for vocational undergraduate education,and create a teacher management system that conforms to the characteristic s of vocational undergraduate education.
