摘  要:为有效开展乡村幼儿园保教工作,乡村定向幼师生的心理健康教育胜任力是重要条件,直接影响乡村幼儿园的心理健康教育质量及幼儿的健康发展。采用问卷法,对112名专科层次乡村定向幼师生的心理健康教育胜任力现状进行调查分析,结果表明专科层次乡村定向幼师生的心理健康教育胜任力总体处于中等偏上的水平,在年级和所学相关科目数量方面存在显著差异,揭示影响乡村定向幼师生心理健康教育胜任力发展的因素具有现实意义。The mental health education competence of rural targeted preschool education students is an important condition for their effective implementation of rural kindergarten childcare work in the future.The mental health education competence of rural targeted preschool education students directly affects the quality of mental health education in rural kindergartens and the healthy development of young children.This study used questionnaire methods to investigate and analyze the current status of mental health education competence of 112 specialized level rural targeted preschool education students.The results indicate that the overall competence of specialized level rural targeted preschool education students in mental health education is at a moderate to upper level,with significant differences in grades and the number of related subjects learned,suggesting possible factors that may affect the development of this group’s competence in mental health education.
