摘  要:缺血性脑卒中是一种常见的、具有严重危害性的脑血管疾病。Hedgehog信号通路是一个经典的控制胚胎发育的信号途径,在胚胎发育和胚胎形成后细胞生长、增殖过程中起着关键作用。该通路通过调控神经炎症、血脑屏障、血管生成、神经元和突触再生等重要病理、生理过程,在缺血性脑卒中的发生、发展过程中发挥重要作用。本文概述了Hedgehog信号通路及在缺血性脑卒中的作用,以期为后续药物开发提供新的理论依据。Ischemic stroke is a common and serious cerebrovascular disease.The Hedgehog signaling pathway is a classic sig-naling pathway that controls embryonic development and plays a key role in the growth and proliferation of cells during embryonic development and formation.This pathway plays an important role in the occurrence and development of ischemic stroke by regulat-ing important pathological and physiological processes such as neuroinflammation,blood-brain barrier,angiogenesis,neuronal and synaptic regeneration.This article provides an overview of the Hedgehog signaling pathway and its role in ischemic stroke,in order to provide new theoretical basis for subsequent drug development.
