摘 要:目的:建立超高效液相色谱法(Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography,UPLC)同时测定饮品中鞣花酸和野漆树苷含量的方法。方法:采用Waters Acquity BEH C18液相色谱柱(2.1 mm×50 mm,1.7μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%甲酸水溶液(10∶90,V/V),流速为0.4 mL·min^(-1),柱温为30℃,检测波长分别为254 nm(鞣花酸)和203 nm(野漆树苷)。结果:鞣花酸和野漆树苷在各自浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数分别为0.9985和0.9995,平均加标回收率分别在95.01%~104.59%和96.49~104.51%,均符合要求。结论:该方法便捷、可靠、重复性好,适用于测定饮品中鞣花酸和野漆树苷的含量。Objective:To establish a ultra performance liquid chromatography(UPLC)method for simultaneous determination of ellagic acid and rhoifolin content in drink.Method:Waters Acquity BEH C18 liquid chromatography column(2.1 mm×50 mm,1.7μm)was used,and the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1%formic acid aqueous solution(10∶90,V/V),the flow rate was 0.4 mL·min^(-1),the column temperature was 30℃,and the detection wavelength was 254 nm(ellagic acid)and 203 nm,respectively.Result:The linear relationships of ellagic acid and aracin were good in their respective concentration ranges,and the correlation coefficients were 0.9985 and 0.9995,respectively.The average recoveries were from 95.01%to 104.59%and from 96.49%to 104.51%,respectively,which met the requirements.Conclusion:The method is convenient,reliable and reproducible,and is suitable for the determination of ellagic acid and rhoifolin in drinks.
