摘 要:本文建立气相色谱法同时测定代用茶中4种有机氯及拟除虫菊酯残留量的方法。代用茶试样经乙腈提取,过滤后用饱和氯化钠溶液萃取,弗罗里矽柱净化,氮吹浓缩,利用气相色谱仪-电子捕获检测器进行测定。结果表明,10种农药组分的色谱分离效果较好,在各自线性范围内线性关系良好,检出限为0.0001~0.0020mg·kg^(-1),平均加标回收率在90.3%~99.8%,相对标准偏差为1.38%~4.95%。该方法准确快速、回收率高,适用于代用茶中4种有机氯及拟除虫菊酯残留量的检测。A method for the simultaneous determination of four organochlorine and pyrethroid residues in substitute tea by gas chromatography was established.Substitute tea samples were extracted by acetonitrile,filtered,extracted with saturated sodium chloride solution,purified by florisil column,concentrated by nitrogen blowing,and determined by gas chromatography-electron capture detector.The results showed that the chromatographic separation effect of 10 pesticide components was good,and the linear relationship was good in their respective linear ranges.The detection limit was from 0.0001 mg·kg^(-1) to 0.0020 mg·kg^(-1),the recovery rate was from 90.3%to 99.8%,and the relative standard deviation was from 1.38%to 4.95%.The method is accurate,rapid and has high recovery rate,and is suitable for the determination of four kinds of organochlorine and pyrethroid residues in substitute tea.
