摘　　要：为了保障食品安全,我国制定了一系列相关的法律法规和标准。然而,食品安全事故时有发生,对人们的健康构成了威胁。本文阐述食堂食品卫生安全的重要性,分析食堂食品卫生安全管理存在的问题,并提出相关对策,以期为大众提供更为安全、健康的食堂食品。In order to ensure food safety,China has formulated a series of relevant laws,regulations and standards.However,food safety accidents happen from time to time and pose a threat to people’s health.This paper expounds the importance of canteen food hygiene and safety,analyzes the problems existing in canteen food hygiene and safety management,and puts forward relevant countermeasures in order to provide more safe and healthy canteen food for the public.
